The client wanted a durable, low-maintenance solution for their rear extension—and we delivered just that with expertly laid Firestone EPDM and precision detailing throughout.

We handled every part of the job, from stripping off the old roof to professionally fitting the new single-ply membrane with neat, watertight edges and custom trim work. This Chelmsford project was more than just a new roof—it was a much-needed fix after years of problems. The client had previously fallen victim to a rogue builder who left her with a poorly installed roof over her living space, no insulation between the joists, and multiple leak repairs over the years. After enduring cold winters and ongoing issues, she reached out to us for a proper, long-term solution.

We removed the failed roof system, installed full insulation, and fitted a Firestone EPDM flat roof designed for energy efficiency and long-term reliability. We also built a brand new porch roof, fully boarded, neatly trimmed, and finished with matching EPDM membrane for a clean, modern look.

Major 600m² metal factory roof project. The job involved a full refurbishment, starting with the repair and treatment of all rusted panels to restore structural integrity and prevent further corrosion.

Ridge cap foam inserts were renewed to improve insulation and weatherproofing, and over 4,000 fixings were replaced to ensure long-term stability. All joins were thoroughly seam sealed for maximum protection against water ingress.

The roof lights were carefully repaired using fibreglass and then coated with Delglaze from HD Sharman to restore clarity and durability. Finally, the entire roof was coated with HD Sharman’s Delcote 10 in Goosewing Grey, delivering a clean, professional finish.

The coating comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty — giving our client peace of mind that their roof is watertight and protected for years to come.

We had to grind nearly all round it, repoint, install new vented cowls and new flaunching, then Coat the bricks with Properla Masonry Wall Cream.
